Welcome to the Detroit Chapter!

About us

With the help of our Chapters in cities across the country and beyond, we provide a forum for patients who want to join in the fight to find treatments and cure for PKD. Connect with us to find out how you can make a difference in the lives of thousands in the U.S. and millions worldwide.

Cheryl Sherman of St. Clair County, is our Detroit Chapter Coordinator. Her passion is mentoring and supporting others, touching one person’s life at a time. She is excited to work on events and meetings to offer support to the community and share experiences.
Hollie Johnston of Lansing is our Detroit Chapter Education Coordinator. Hollie works on helping educate others and spread awareness.
Lisa Mohr of Mayville is our Detroit Walk for PKD Coordinator. Lisa raises critical funds needed to support the PKD Foundation’s mission and grow awareness.

Volunteer Work Matters: We take pride in knowing that the PKD Foundation mission is making a great impact in helping millions of lives affected with PKD. We feel confident that our future generations will not suffer the full effects of PKD.

Having a PKD supporter friend to connect with in person, phone, or text helps make coping a little easier. Contact any of your Detroit Coordinators at the emails in their bios below.
