Generous donations from community members have led to enormous strides
Since our founding in 1982, we have invested more than $40 million in research and scientific studies toward our mission of discovering treatments and a cure. This has led to new discoveries that enable researchers to investigate possible treatments. We are also the go-to resource for support and education on living with PKD and dialysis and transplant alternatives. Patients and their loved ones turn to us when they have questions and are able to get answers, at no cost to them, thanks to your generous support. Our available resources include webinars, videos, convention and conferences, online communities and more.

Education & Support
We strive to be the leading authority when it comes to education and support for patients. From feet on the ground with our local Chapters to an online source of the latest news from PKD experts, patients and their loved ones turn to us when they have questions.
Awareness & Advocacy
The more people that know about PKD, the closer we get to treatments and a cure. We are dedicated to creating awareness about PKD and providing resources to advocate locally and nationally.
