North Carolina Nephrology is a full service nephrology practice providing comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of kidney related diseases and hypertension.

Starting in July 2021, we will offer a kidney genetics clinic hoping to focus on ADPKD. We have established connections with nearby specialists to help manage complications related to ADPKD, such as large hepatic cysts, cerebral aneurysms, and urinary tract infections and stones. We have experience with the use of Jynarque as well as offer participation in the FALCON study for ADPKD. We utilize affordable genetic testing through Natera, which includes genetic counseling if needed. We work closely with UNC and Duke for kidney transplant evaluation if patients progress to end stage kidney disease.
