Speaker Orientation
Orientation sessions will be offered to ensure all faculty members are familiar with our platform. Additionally, a written version of the orientation will be provided for convenience.
Technical Check
Technical check provides presenters with training on our virtual platform and the opportunity to review audio quality and other technical functionality settings. Please plan to be available for a technical check approximately one week prior to the event. A date will be sent for your confirmation.
Presentation Date and Time
Please arrive early to your presentation. This allows your staff contact to ensure your audio and video are working before your session and provides time for any needed adjustments. Your staff contact will discuss an arrival time for your presentation with you.
