There’s a new way ADPKD Registry participants can step up to provide hope today, and for future generations. The nation’s first dedicated ADPKD Registry is now also one of the first patient registries of any kind to integrate patient-provided health records. Share your health records through your provider’s online portal with a few simple steps on the ADPKD Registry.

Now, as always, the PKD Foundation is committed to our mission of giving hope, advocating for patients, and building a community for all impacted by PKD. We'll continue supporting our community by providing important resources and timely updates on social media. If you have questions or need help navigating this unprecedented health crisis, we are here for you. Email or call (844) PKD-HOPE.

I have been an active member of the Cincinnati/Dayton Chapter for approximately 10 years/ I have a strong belief that through collaboration, encouragement and education, we can support all those affected by this disease and raise the necessary funds to continue the fight for treatments and a cure through research! There is so much hope for the future!

I started my involvement with the PKD Foundation on the Patient Advisory Group which helps oversee the Patient Registry. I am new to the Cincinnati/Dayton Chapter and the Walk for PKD. I am looking forward to getting back to in-person walks as we work to raise awareness and money for the important research that the PKD Foundation is doing. If you would like to know more about the walk or to be a volunteer on the team, please reach out.
