Growth Team Coordinator

Summary

Responsibilities 

  • Commit to understanding polycystic kidney disease and the mission of the PKD Foundation.
  • Provide administrative support to the Chief Growth Officer to optimize efficiency within the Growth team and departments within it.
  • Manage and monitor donor relations email inbox and general phone inquiries; triage messages as needed.
  • Assist with coordination of the memorial/tribute process.
  • Run weekly donor stewardship letters for organizational leadership.
  • Manage Stewardship Volunteer program.
  • Coordination of special event insurance needs.
  • Support Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) process to ensure policies are updated and organized.
  • Sending out organizational communications and press releases.
  • Coordination and distribution of community emails.
  • Partner with Marketing Department on mass mailing jobs.
  • Tracking email and data analytics for reporting.

  • Lead Centers of Excellence program design and management, including designation, funding, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide strategic guidance and oversight to ensure Centers of Excellence provide comprehensive, multidisciplinary care and support services for individuals with PKD.
  • Contribute to efforts to translate and encourage the adoption of care standards established by external partners.
  • Responsible for annual conference planning in partnership with program chairs, advisory groups, and internal collaborators.
  • Develop annual progress report requirements for core mission programs.
