Justine Forristall-Rodri

PKD Connect Ambassador
I am a Colorado native that works for Colorado’s only independent/not for profit hospital. My education is  in laboratory science. When I am not at work, my family and I enjoy traveling, camping, biking and hiking. Colorado is such a great state to be outdoors!
I’ve been in healthcare for 19 years and had been familiar with PKD. It wasn’t until I met my husband who has ADPKD, along with multiple family members who also are affected by PKD, that I truly understood how devastating the disease can be. I want to be an advocate for this disease and those who suffer from it. Volunteering at the PKD Foundation is important because PKD is our life. I want a future for my nieces where they have access to multiple different treatment options and medical providers have a much greater understanding of the disease.
