The Yale Inherited Kidney Disease program provides advanced level care to patients with cystic kidney disease, ADPKD, ARPKD and polycystic liver disease. It is co-led by Dr. Stefan Somlo and Dr. Neera Dahl. Patients have access to all levels of clinical care provided by Yale Medicine and Yale New Haven Hospital, including initial evaluation for diagnosis and risk prognostication, as well as access to coordinated subspecialty and tertiary care. We provide high level genetic consultation and access to phase 1, 2 and 3 clinical trials in ADPKD. This program integrates closely with other Yale New Haven Hospital/Yale Medicine programs including notably Hepatology,Transplantation, Pediatrics and Genetics.
