Whether you’re considering a transplant, living with one, or supporting someone who is, this session will provide valuable insights into the process, preparation, and life after transplant. We’ll cover topics such as the transplant evaluation process, living and deceased donor options, post-transplant care, and the importance of maintaining your health after surgery. Attendees will also have the opportunity to share experiences, ask questions, and connect with others in the PKD community who have gone through or are preparing for transplant.
